At ProClubs, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your athletic gear. If your equipment or apparel doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
